About EPE 2026
Against the backdrop of the global energy transition and the deepening advancement of the “dual-carbon” goals, energy and power engineering are becoming the core engines supporting the modern industrial system and sustainable development. With continuous breakthroughs in efficient clean combustion, advanced power systems, and energy storage technologies, this field is accelerating its evolution towards low-carbon, high-efficiency, and intelligent solutions. Digital design and lifecycle management of power equipment are steadily improving energy utilization efficiency, while new energy and multi-energy complementary systems provide critical support for the transformation of energy structures. Power systems designed for extreme conditions play an irreplaceable role in high-precision fields such as aerospace, deep-sea exploration, and national defense equipment.
2026 5th International Conference on Energy and Power Engineering (EPE 2026), hosted by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, will be held from November 20–22, 2026, in Chengdu, China. The conference will focus on research areas including “Energy and Power,” “Engineering Thermophysics,” and “Thermal Engines and Applications.” It aims to provide an international platform for collaboration and exchange, where experts, scholars, and enterprises in the field of energy and power engineering can share research findings, discuss existing challenges, and explore cutting-edge technologies. The goal is to jointly advance the development of energy and power engineering, address new technological challenges, and serve societal needs. We warmly welcome scholars from around the world to submit their papers and participate in the conference!

Publication
After 2-3 experts of the organizing committee strictly audited the contribution of the conference, all the final papers will be officially published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
